190州担保技术移民

190州担保签证属于永久居民签证，获签后的技术工人可以永久地
在澳洲生活与工作。

190州担保技术移民签证除了满足打分要求外（65分），还需要获
得澳大利亚州担保的要求。

州与州之间对190申请人担保的要求不一样，每个州也有单独的提
名职业清单。

成功拿到190州担保签证后，需要在担保你的州居住满两年。

190签证申请流程

  1. 自我评分
  2. 通过职业评估
  3. 满足英文要求
  4. 满足担保州的担保要求（工作经验要求，职业清单要求，英文要求，学业要求等）
  5. 递交EOI
  6. 申请州担保
  7. 获得邀请
  8. 申请签证
  9. 体检，移民局电话调查
  10. 获签

190签证申请条件

  1. 职业在190签证职业清单上（担保州的职业清单上）
  2. 通过职业评估
  3. EOI打分达到65分（包括州担保的5分）
  4. 年龄在45周岁以下
  5. 达到英文要求
  6. 无犯罪记录
  7. 身体健康
