Temporary Graduate visa subclass 485 is a temporary visa for international students, who have recently finished their studies in Australia and held a student visa in the last 6 months. 

This visa has three streams:

Post-Vocational Education Work stream

For students who have completed 2 years of an associate degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Australia. The occupation must be on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL).

Post-Higher Education Work stream

For students who have studied in Australia for at least 2 years and have completed a Bachelor degree, Bachelor (Honours) degree, Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Masters (Coursework) degree, Masters (Extended) degree, Masters (Research) degree, Doctoral degree (Research), Doctoral degree (Professional), or a Higher Doctoral degree.

Second Post-Higher Education Work stream

For the holders of 485 Post-Higher Education Work stream visa who have studied, lived/worked in one of the designated regional area in Australia for at least 2 years immediately before applying for the Second Post-Higher Education Work stream visa.
