491偏远地区技术移民签证

新偏远地区技术签证491是一个有效期为5年的临时工作签证。491签证可以通过州政府/领地担保或者亲属担保两种方式来获取。签证获批后需要在政府指定的偏远地区居住和工作一段时间才能转永居。491签证需要主申请人和家人在指定偏远地区工作和居住满3年就能转永久居民，也就是191签证。


491签证申请条件

  1. 职业在491签证职业清单上（担保州的职业清单上）
  2. 通过职业评估
  3. 申请人要求是45岁以下
  4. 通过职业评估
  5. EOI打分达到65分（包括州担保的15分）
  6. 达到英文要求
  7. 无犯罪记录
  8. 身体健康
491临时签证转191永久签证

  • 申请人必须严格遵守临居签证8579条约（居住条约），以及遵守其他条约。 也就是， 要求在指定偏远地区居住3年。
  • 五年内的3年，每年的应纳税收入不低于$539,00
