Visa Matter: 457 visa application - Additional criteria applicable to non-citizens who do not hold a substantive visa
Additional Information: The applicant applied for a new 457 visa while holding a 457 visa as a secondary applicant. While waiting for the new 457 visa to be approved, the prior 457 visa was cancelled. This then required the applicant to demonstrate factors beyond his control as well as compelling and compassionate reasons for his new 457 visa to be approved. The business sponsor contacted Work Visa Lawyers to handle the additional requirement for the visa to be approved.

I contacted Work Visa Lawyers following a very disappointing experience in the handling of our immigration matters from a previous Agent / Consultancy firm. Due to the prior mishandling, my business and an employee’s Visa application was placed in sudden jeopardy.
Work Visa Lawyers responded to an urgent situation with incredible efficiency and professional capacity. Their consideration of the issues and strategic advice led to a successful application where they provided to the Department genuine compelling and compassionate reasons for a Visa to be granted. This has resulted in our business deservedly being able to employ a capable and experienced overseas worker who is critical to our continued growth.
It is with much gratitude from us all here we acknowledge Chris & Sean and Work Visa Lawyers team for their effort in our matter.
We can sincerely recommend their professional service without hesitation.
